No. The Starter plan is free forever and needs no card. You only pay when you choose a paid plan.
How are paid plans activated?
After you sign up and choose a plan, you upload a proof of payment. Our team confirms it and activates your account — usually within a few hours.
Which payment methods can I use?
Bank transfer and mobile money. You upload a screenshot of the payment as proof; automatic payment via Chapa and Telebirr is on the way.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time — your menu and data stay exactly as they are.
What counts as a menu item?
Each product, dish, or service you list. Starter includes up to 15, Grow up to 100, and Scale is unlimited.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time.
What languages does the public menu support?
Amharic, Afaan Oromoo, Tigrigna, Somali, and English — your customers switch with one tap.
