Terms of Use — Gebeta Menu

1. Acceptance

By creating a Gebeta account, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Provide accurate business information during registration.

3. Plans and Payment

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans (Grow, Scale) require payment confirmation by our team before activation. Subscriptions renew based on the billing period you select. Pricing is shown in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Gebeta to publish illegal content, impersonate others, distribute malware, or violate intellectual property rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the menu content you upload. You grant NYLOS (the maker of Gebeta) a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate your public menu page.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive on paid plans.

8. Liability

Gebeta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
